Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple states (and ideally countries).
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).

The Work
As an integral part of our Operations Team, your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining the employee payroll database, encompassing new hire setups, terminations, pay changes, withholdings, and deductions.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and reporting requirements affecting HR functions.
- Serving as the primary contact for employee support related to payroll, benefits, and HR policy questions.
- Overseeing benefits administration (including 401(k)), vacation/leave management, and required HR documentation workflows.
- Leading hiring operations with input from company leadership, including managing effective job postings, screening and organizing applicants, communicating with candidates, and leading the tactical and brand-specific aspects of the onboarding process.
- Providing advisory support on team morale, cohesion, productivity, and dispute handling (exercising strong judgment and discretion).
