As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a central role in attracting and recruiting talent within a law firm. In a highly competitive market, you will actively contribute to optimizing and promoting the candidate experience as well as the employer brand of KRB Avocats. You will also be involved in strategic talent acquisition projects, aligned with your interests and professional development.Your Next Challenges
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from posting to pre-screening applications to interviews for administrative and professional positions.
- Lead and coordinate internship-related activities, including planning, organizing events, logistics, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
- Develop and contribute to the evolution of student and intern attraction, selection, and assessment processes.
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with schools, law faculties, student associations, and recruitment partners.
- Represent the firm at recruitment and networking events (career days, cocktails, panels, etc.).
- Actively participate in the development and deployment of the firm's employer brand (on-campus presence, LinkedIn content, positioning, associations).
- Standardize and contribute to improving communications with candidates as well as job postings to ensure a consistent and distinctive candidate experience.
- Ensure the updating of job postings and provide clear visibility to managers regarding the progress of recruitment.
- Develop proactive attraction strategies and build talent pools (sourcing, networking, direct approach).
- Perform advanced sourcing on LinkedIn and other specialized platforms, including the identification and direct approach of passive talent (lawyers, notaries, paralegals, specialized profiles).
- Execute talent hunting strategies adapted to the needs of the firm.
- Act as an advisor to partners and managers, particularly regarding hiring strategy, job offer positioning, and market intelligence (compensation, competition, talent availability).
- Track performance indicators (KPIs) in order to measure the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives.
- Contribute to the implementation of innovative tools, technologies, or practices in talent acquisition.
- Perform any other related tasks.
Who Are We Looking For?
- 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Experience in recruiting professional profiles (an asset: professional services or legal field).
- Experience with internship recruiting or university recruitment (asset).
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (bilingualism required).
- University degree in human resources, administration, or a related field.
- Good command of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, direct approach).
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously and independently.
- Organizational skills, precision, and sound judgment.
- Interest in student recruitment activities, events, and employer branding.
- Familiarity with an ATS and recruitment performance indicators.
