Overview

Join Kraken, a mission-focused crypto pioneer, as a Staff Product Manager Kraken Prime. You will lead the Prime Trading desk, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the long-term growth of an institutional-grade platform.

The Team

As leader of the Prime Trading desk, you will interface with Engineers, Quants, Trading Ops, Sales, Account Management, and Legal/Compliance. You will guide pricing, risk management, and settlement operations.

The Opportunity

  • Lead all aspects of the Kraken Prime product strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to optimize electronic trading infrastructure.
  • Drive cross-desk synergies with spot, OTC, and other trading desks.
  • Manage institutional client relationships and business development efforts.
  • Innovate with market experts in trading, risk, and analytics.

Skills You Should HODL

  • 5+ years in product, trading or technical leadership.
  • Client-centric approach translating institutional needs into products.
  • Expertise in trade execution, pricing models and risk management.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with market insight.
