The Team and Opportunity

As a Krakenite, you will work on the Developer-Experience (DX) team to remove friction in the software development lifecycle. You will build and support infrastructure and tools, both on-prem and in the cloud, author RFCs and internal guides, and partner with product-development teams to enhance developer efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and support infrastructure and tools.
• Drive standardisation with RFCs and internal guides.
• Support and guide engineers on SRE topics.
• Partner with product teams to eliminate friction.

Skills You Should HODL

• 3+ years in a DevOps role (DevOps, SRE, etc.)
• 3+ years experience with a systems programming language (e.g. Rust)
• Proficient in Git source version-control
• Thorough knowledge of Docker and experience with Terraform
• Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and monitoring tools like Prometheus/Grafana
• Skilled in scripting (e.g. Bash and/or Python) and Linux administration
• Ability to independently debug network and operating system issues
