The Growth Engineering team builds the experiences that connect people to our ecosystem for the first time — and keeps them coming back. We design and ship the systems behind our marketing funnels, signup and KYC flows, and the key engagement features that help new users fund their accounts and explore our products. It’s a team with direct influence on company growth, global reach, and user engagement at scale. Our products serve millions of users globally.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Software Engineer - Backend - Growth Platform, you’ll design and maintain the internal tooling, services, and developer platforms that empower teams across Growth — and beyond — to move faster and ship more reliably. You’ll build SDKs, CLIs, APIs, and backend systems that make it easy for engineers to integrate growth features and infrastructure safely, consistently, and at scale. This role is for engineers who see developer experience, reliability, and scalability as multipliers for business impact.

• Architect, build, and maintain SDKs, CLIs, APIs, and shared services that enable rapid experimentation and delivery across Growth engineering teams.
• Develop internal tools and frameworks that improve engineering workflows, automation, and deployment efficiency.
• Design and evolve scalable backend systems and databases, ensuring performance, security, and resilience.
• Write clear, maintainable technical documentation and onboarding materials for engineers using platform tools.
• Partner with other engineers to understand pain points and translate them into intuitive, reliable internal systems.
• Own reliability, observability, and performance improvements across core services.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams across the company to align on standards, tooling, and best practices.
• Mentor engineers and advocate for engineering excellence, automation, and maintainability.
