As a Marketing Manager - Lifecycle, you will work with a world-class team to drive product adoption and engagement using data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies.

The Team & Opportunity

The Growth Marketing team is responsible for user and revenue growth across product verticals in key geographies. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including regional operations, marketing technology, product, data analytics, and CRM ops. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading lifecycle strategy across email, push, and in-app channels.
  • Shaping lifecycle programs for consumer products with revenue growth accountability.
  • Building and executing complex CRM campaigns to guide product adoption.
  • Analyzing campaign results and optimizing strategies based on data.
  • Collaborating with compliance, legal, and regional operations for regulatory alignment.

Skills You Should HODL

To be successful in this role, you should have 5+ years of relevant experience in lifecycle/CRM programs, extensive experience with CRM tools and marketing automation systems, strong analytical skills using tools like Tableau, Looker, and Big Query, and excellent copywriting and segmentation abilities.
