The Team and Opportunity

The Accounting team is a globally distributed group of agile professionals shaping the future of crypto accounting. In this role, you will review and approve business unit transactions, reconcile general ledger accounts, and interact with multiple business units across the company. You will manage multiple aspects of financial statements preparation, internal controls implementation, statutory audits, and intercompany accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve business unit transactions before recording.
• Reconcile and review general ledger account reconciliations.
• Manage financial statement preparation and statutory audits.
• Coordinate intercompany transactions and complex accounting treatments.
• Support adoption of new accounting standards and internal controls.

Skills You Should HODL

• University degree in Accounting with 7+ years experience.
• Expertise in IFRS and UK/Irish GAAP.
• Experience with financial services, fintech or crypto sector.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Netsuite or Oracle.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
