The Opportunity

  • Develop and execute a global KOL marketing strategy.
  • Manage a team and scale affiliate and KOL partnerships worldwide.
  • Negotiate competitive deals and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Create innovative partnership models and oversee multi-channel campaigns.
  • Measure partnership success using advanced marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

You will source, contract, and manage dozens of KOLs across continents, lead process improvement with new technology, and collaborate on creative content strategies to drive Kraken's adoption and ROI.

Skills You Should HODL

  • 7+ years in the crypto space with a strong focus on KOL programs.
  • Proven track record with crypto influencers, especially traders.
  • Expertise in global user growth under competitive and regulated conditions.
  • Advanced crypto knowledge including revenue models and product dynamics.
