The Senior Manager Agile Finance & RGM is an experienced professional tasked with driving the agile transformation within the global Kraft Heinz Organization. This strategic role requires a hands-on leader to champion Agile principles and deliver business value. An Agile Lead will be responsible for scaling Agile, fostering cross-functional collaboration, enhancing productivity, and developing Agile capabilities across teams in different functions.

What’s on the menu?

Programs and initiatives for Finance & RGM
  • Assess, develop, and implement Agile transformation programs aligned with business challenges and objectives.
  • Define and adapt agile processes and frameworks to be implemented in each initiative, ensuring alignment with Global Agile Playbook.
  • Kick off new workstreams and install capabilities for PODs.
  • Measure business impact/value delivery of the implementation.
  • Facilitate ceremonies for portfolio review and cross-function alignment.
  • Manage Agile metrics for PODs (e.g., velocity, lead time, cycle time), building action plans to improve delivery flow and productivity.
  • Facilitate dependency and risk management and remove impediments for the program (scale impediments if needed).

Elevating ways of working for Finance
  • Coach and mentor Agile teams, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement in Agile Maturity and agile mindsets & practices (design thinking, scrum, kanban).
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration among team members and stakeholders, resolving conflicts and building team trust.
  • Facilitates large group discussions and workshops with senior stakeholders to explore problems and design solutions (e.g., Design thinking, ideation, roadmap design).
  • Develop and execute agile training programs for senior leadership, stakeholders, product owners, and POD members.
  • Assess global PODs maturity, design, and deliver an action plan to increase it.

People Management
  • Coach and manage internal and external Scrum Masters, accountable for their development, performance, and growth within their function.

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with Agile and Scrum, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of leading agile/business transformation initiatives and enabling product teams to deliver value beyond tech.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to all functional groups, including both oral and written communication (preparation of concise and effective reports).
  • Great stakeholder management, with ability to influence decision-making.
  • Leadership in coordinating the teams and areas involved in the initiatives, influencing the results, and ensuring the adequate flow of information.
  • Able to facilitate large workshops with senior stakeholders using various facilitation techniques.
  • Problem-solving capability.
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking, with capacity to understand business problems, design solutions, and prove business impact.
  • Effectiveness in developing plans, prioritizing activities, and evaluating implementation to identify possible improvements.
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and international teams.
  • Experience with Jira and Miro or other whiteboarding is a must.
  • Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CESP).
  • English proficient (written, speaking, reading). Additional languages are a plus.
  • Design Thinking Certifications are a plus.
