Role Overview

The Associate Director, Specialty Restaurants at Kraft Heinz is responsible for leading the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve targets for non-traditional customers such as Papa Johns, Bucc-ees, Starbucks, and Crumbl cookies. This role includes complete P&L ownership, customer marketing investments, and establishing joint business plans to drive market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 7 direct reports.
  • Define and implement overall sales strategy for your region.
  • Establish and grow key relationships and drive joint-business planning.
  • Negotiate long term contracts and pricing with chain customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams.

Experience & Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years in sales management with strong P&L accountability.
  • Experience in CPG, restaurant, culinary, or foodservice distribution.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% and be near a major airport.
