Role Overview
The Manager, AI Security Controls Program at KPMG US will lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of security controls for AI systems. This role is part of the Enterprise Security Services organization and is a remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of AI security controls.
- Manage a team of researchers and engineers for POCs.
- Oversee documentation and dissemination of AI security requirements.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, risk, and compliance teams.
- Establish a continuous assessment pipeline for implemented controls.
- Represent the program in internal forums and share AI security best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years in cybersecurity; one year in AI/ML security.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications like CISSP, CCSP or AAISM preferred.
- Experience with AI deployment platforms and security tooling; Big Four or high-risk industry experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of AI system architectures and security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, SAIF, OWASP).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
