Role Overview
The Manager, AI Security Controls Program will lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of security controls for AI systems, including Generative AI and Agentic AI. This remote role involves managing a team of researchers and engineers to deliver proofs-of-concept, documenting security requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance security controls for various AI deployment models (MaaS, IaaS, SaaS).
- Lead a team to validate AI security controls through proofs-of-concept.
- Document and disseminate AI security requirements to internal security teams and stakeholders.
- Drive collaboration with engineering, risk, and compliance teams.
- Establish a continuous assessment pipeline for security efficacy and adapt control measures to emerging threats.
- Represent the program in internal forums and share AI security best practices firm-wide.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years in cybersecurity with at least one year in AI/ML security.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity or related field preferred.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, ISACA AAISM are preferred.
- Experience with AI deployment platforms, model sandboxing, adversarial testing, and regulatory frameworks.
- Prior experience in Big Four, financial services, or high-risk industry environments is ideal.
- U.S. work authorization without sponsorship is required.
