Manager, AI Security Controls Program

Overview

KPMG US is a highly ranked firm known for its inclusive culture and commitment to career development. As a Manager, AI Security Controls Program, you will lead initiatives to design, develop, and continuously improve security controls for AI systems including Generative AI and Agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and improvement of AI security controls
• Manage a team of researchers and engineers to deliver proofs-of-concept
• Oversee documentation and dissemination of AI security requirements
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, risk, and compliance teams
• Establish and maintain a continuous assessment pipeline for controls
• Represent the program in internal forums and knowledge sharing sessions

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity; at least one in AI/ML security
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or AAISM preferred
• Experience with AI deployment platforms and security tooling
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
• Understanding of AI system architectures and common security frameworks
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
