Overview

KPMG US is hiring a Manager, AI Security Controls Program to lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of security controls for AI systems, including Generative AI and Agentic AI. This remote work opportunity is part of the Enterprise Security Services organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and continuous improvement of AI security controls
  • Manage a team of researchers and engineers for proofs-of-concept
  • Document and disseminate AI security requirements internally
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, risk, and compliance teams
  • Establish continuous assessment pipeline for control efficacy
  • Represent the program in internal forums and share best practices

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of recent cybersecurity experience
  • At least one year in AI/ML security or adjacent domains
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, cyber security, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or AAISM preferred
  • Experience with AI deployment platforms and security tooling
  • Deep understanding of AI system architectures and security frameworks
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship
