Role Overview

The Manager, AI Security Controls Program leads design, development and continuous improvement of security controls for AI systems including Generative AI and Agentic AI across deployment models such as MaaS, IaaS, and SaaS. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and improvement of AI security controls.
  • Manage a team of researchers and engineers delivering proofs-of-concept.
  • Oversee documentation and dissemination of AI security requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Establish continuous assessment pipelines against emerging threats.
  • Represent the program in internal forums and share best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of recent cybersecurity experience; one year in AI/ML security.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity or related field preferred.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or AAISM preferred.
  • Experience with AI deployment platforms and security tooling.
  • Deep understanding of AI system architectures and security frameworks.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
