KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Alliances, Oracle OCI to join our Alliances organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day alliance relationship activities with Oracle's Data Platform and OCI Infrastructure teams, supporting solution development, sales, and marketing for the alliance.
• Support the firm's involvement in Oracle's formal partner program, including training, certifications, awards, software usage rights, opportunity registration, conferences, and joint marketing.
• Aid in the development, management, and approval of joint business plans, risk and legal contracts, securing commitment from relevant stakeholders; provide service networks with access to Oracle's product management, development, support, and training resources.
• Educate and align Oracle Data Platform and OCI Infrastructure field sellers, marketers, and alliance personnel with KPMG's Oracle practice, sales, and industry teams.
• Provide stakeholders with updates on Oracle's organizational structure, manage the firm's alliance relationship mapping, and drive progress on multiple leads to increase the Alliance Influenced Pipeline.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to maintain KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of recent experience in professional services or consultative business development.
• Three years of experience in cloud infrastructure, technology innovation, or data/analytics, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Data and OCI Infrastructure.
• Industry background in Financial Services, Retail, and/or Healthcare is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field from an accredited college/university preferred; or a minimum of a high school diploma or GED plus eight years of previous experience in alliance management.
• Experience working with and demonstrable relationships with the Oracle Data platform and OCI Infrastructure sales teams.
• Demonstrated success in building and nurturing win-win relationships; strong networking and influence management skills to build commitment and drive actions across organizational boundaries.
• Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills and a track record of delivering results.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
