Data Analyst Talent Culture

  • Manage the development and delivery of management reports, analytics, and executive summaries.
  • Partner with functions and HRBAs to ensure effective delivery of T&C analysis.
  • Lead improvement projects to enhance T&C processes and outcomes.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience negotiating and communicating with C-Suite executives.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI and SSRS.
  • Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Alteryx.
  • Ability to present findings using data to drive business insights and outcomes.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and/or partners.
