Data Analyst Talent Culture
KPMG US is seeking a Data Analyst to support their Talent & Culture function on a contract basis. Responsibilities
- Manage data analytics projects for KPMG’s Talent & Culture function.
- Discover, interpret, and communicate qualitative and quantitative data, applying statistics, data visualization, and problem-solving.
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and interact effectively with KPMG company executives.
- Develop Power BI dashboards or reports and apply strategic thinking to user experience, consolidation, and modernization of data.
- Understand and analyze end-to-end processes and underlying data to identify inconsistencies and recommend improvements.
- Own or participate in all components of client deliverables, from needs identification to presenting findings.
- Manage the development and delivery of management reports, analytics, and executive summaries.
- Partner with functions and HRBAs to ensure effective delivery of T&C analysis.
- Lead improvement projects to enhance T&C processes and outcomes.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, or related fields.
- Experience negotiating and communicating with C-Suite executives.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI and SSRS.
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Alteryx.
- Ability to present findings using data to drive business insights and outcomes.
- Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and/or partners.
