Overview

At KPMG, join a dynamic and diverse team within our Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice. As an Associate, Mobility Consulting Services, you'll work with industry experts to provide innovative tax solutions and support a range of assignments for high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as day-to-day resource for assignees, client coordinators, and vendors.
  • Utilize KPMG technology tools to deliver services per established agreements.
  • Support clients before, during, and after assignments through cost analysis, orientations, and vendor coordination.
  • Advise on policy/process changes and review expatriate payroll and compensation.
  • Coordinate collection and analysis of worldwide compensation information for tax reporting.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in accounting, finance, tax or HR; international HR or payroll experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, HR or international business required.
  • Experience supporting client requirements and conducting pre-departure/repatriation meetings.
  • Strong analytical, balance sheet review, and communication skills.
