Work Scope / Responsibilities for a Value Prop / Design Thinking Consultant
- Work closely with corporate clients to frame, prioritize, and translate business challenges into design opportunities.
- Plan and conduct market research, user immersion, and competitive analysis to understand users, stakeholders, and the wider ecosystem.
- Synthesize research into actionable insights and communicate them through compelling artefacts (personas, journeys, opportunity maps).
- Design and facilitate ideation, prototyping, and co‑creation workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Develop and refine value propositions and bring them to life through to‑be journeys, user flows, wireframes, and mid‑fidelity prototypes.
- Lead user validation cycles to test desirability, feasibility, and viability of propositions.
- Iterate and refine concepts based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Support the development of an innovation culture by coaching and working with business unit champions.

- Strong grounding in human‑centered design.
- Demonstrated creativity in solving ambiguous and complex problems.
- Hands‑on experience in user experience design, rapid prototyping, and AI concept development.
- Proven project management skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Highly driven self‑starter with a strong bias for action.
- Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling abilities, able to influence and align stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced innovation environment.
- Passion for mentoring and developing teammates.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in design, innovation, product, or strategy roles.
