Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Markets team from Cluj Napoca. The position requires extensive cross-functional cooperation, good communication skills, excellent project management skills, creative skills, and a process-focused mindset. This role is crucial for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Romanian market.
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect for new clients.
- Actively engage client portfolio for new projects.
- Monitor changes in market and accounts to spot opportunities.
- Build relationships with prospected accounts to grow trust.
- Proactively propose solutions to prospects and clients.
- Support with professional sales approach, proposal pitching, and offer preparation.
- Document details about accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities in CRM.
- Prepare reports aligned with business development activities.
What We Are Looking For
- Sales professional with previous business development or account management sales experience (B2B) in working with large companies (top 1000 companies).
- Service sales experience preferred.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in selling high-value services or solutions to top executives.
- Creative and communicative person, with the ability to adapt to fast changes and improvise solutions.
- Advanced skills in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Ability to communicate accurately and efficiently in English and Romanian.
- Attention to detail and the ability to perform multitasking.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
