Role Summary
The Junior Business Analyst role is ideal for recent graduates or those with limited experience in business analysis, data analysis, and process improvement. You will work on transformational projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and support initiatives that leverage cutting-edge technologies, including AI and intelligent automation.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements across the firm.
- Map processes and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support testing and validation of new systems or processes.
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Contribute to initiatives using AI, automation, and digital tools.
Your Team
You will join an internal transformation and change team consisting of business analysts, design thinkers, process engineers, solution architects, project managers, communication experts, change managers, and user experience professionals.
