SFDC-Technical Role
We are seeking a Senior SFDC Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical specifications. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding technical aspects of Salesforce projects, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather requirements.
- Develop custom components, triggers, workflows, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.).
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
