Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting engagements.
• Lead project teams and review deliverables from 1-3 team members.
• Interact with client representatives and deliver quality services.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and update key stakeholders.
• Utilize technical expertise and continuously assimilate new knowledge.
• Travel to client locations within India and abroad as required.

The Individual

• Strong domain knowledge and risk identification in business processes.
• Expertise in process gap analysis and control rationalization.
• Experience in internal audit, process consulting or risk consulting.
• Excellent analytical, data analytics, and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and advanced IT system understanding.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in teams under pressure with strict deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods.
• Upholds integrity, values, and ethical leadership.
