The Role: Manager - Business Analyst
As a Manager - Business Analyst at KPMG India, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client solutions. This position involves understanding complex business challenges, gathering and analyzing requirements, and working closely with clients to design and implement strategic and operational improvements. You will lead analysis efforts, manage project workstreams, and contribute significantly to our clients' success across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Drive the design and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance client performance and operational efficiency.
- Manage project deliverables, ensuring high quality and timely completion of analysis phases.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on business improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Contribute to proposal development and sales efforts, identifying opportunities for further client engagement.
- Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech degree is required.
- Proven experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related field, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex business issues.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects or significant workstreams and manage client expectations.
- Familiarity with various project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and business process modeling.
