Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting engagements.
- Lead small teams of analysts or trainees on projects.
- Ensure quality client services and manage project areas.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
The Individual
Candidates are expected to have experience in process consulting, internal audit, or risk consulting along with strong analytical, communication, and data analytics skills. A basic understanding of IT systems and MS Office applications is required. The role demands working under pressure and extended travel periods.
Selection Process
Expect 2 - 3 rounds of personal or telephonic interviews to assess fit and communication skills.
