Role Overview: Consultant - G&PS-DGA
The role involves monitoring network performance and ensuring operational readiness. Responsibilities include uptime report reviews, bandwidth utilization analysis, latency and packet loss evaluation, and ensuring SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review uptime reports, bandwidth utilization, and latency.
- Verify SLA compliance by the Operator/System Integrator.
- Conduct periodic site visits and annual inventory audits.
- Monitor helpdesk and Network Operations Centre performance.
- Prepare quarterly audit and deviation reports with recommendations.
- Validate and reconcile invoices against performance and scope.
- Determine and enforce penalties for SLA breaches.
- Recommend compliance measures for secure network operations.
