Role Overview: Consultant - G&PS-DGA

The role involves monitoring network performance and ensuring operational readiness. Responsibilities include uptime report reviews, bandwidth utilization analysis, latency and packet loss evaluation, and ensuring SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review uptime reports, bandwidth utilization, and latency.
• Verify SLA compliance by the Operator/System Integrator.
• Conduct periodic site visits and annual inventory audits.
• Monitor helpdesk and Network Operations Centre performance.
• Prepare quarterly audit and deviation reports with recommendations.
• Validate and reconcile invoices against performance and scope.
• Determine and enforce penalties for SLA breaches.
• Recommend compliance measures for secure network operations.
