Overview
The Assistant Manager - Solution Management at KPMG India will lead the product/solution offering vision and strategy. This role involves providing input on the target operating model, developing product roadmaps, driving operational governance, and supporting go-to-market activities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product portfolio managers, marketing, client success, and delivery teams.
- Develop and mentor teams while driving KPI adherence.
- Create business cases and design target operating models.
- Enhance customer satisfaction using effective product management and AI/automation.
- Provide monthly and quarterly performance reporting, including reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years in Product Management, Project Management, or related fields.
- Experience in a technology services company and a B2B environment preferred.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Product Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Prior experience in shared service center design and target operating model development is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, judgment, and project management skills.
- Consulting experience and ability to travel as necessary.
- PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.
