Overview

The Assistant Manager - Solution Management at KPMG India will lead the product/solution offering vision and strategy. This role involves providing input on the target operating model, developing product roadmaps, driving operational governance, and supporting go-to-market activities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product portfolio managers, marketing, client success, and delivery teams.
  • Develop and mentor teams while driving KPI adherence.
  • Create business cases and design target operating models.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction using effective product management and AI/automation.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly performance reporting, including reports for senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years in Product Management, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Experience in a technology services company and a B2B environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Product Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in shared service center design and target operating model development is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, judgment, and project management skills.
  • Consulting experience and ability to travel as necessary.
  • PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.
