Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team and lead the design and implementation of secure AI systems with a strong emphasis on agentic AI workflows and LLMOps best practices. In this role, you will also develop modular AI agents and workflows for use cases deployed in enterprise environments. Mandatory Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java
• Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Proficiency with SQL, PostgreSQL, DBMS and working with APIs and connectors
• Proficiency in Software Engineering principles and application development, including front-end, backend, or full-stack development.
• Experience with version control (GitHub, GitLab etc.) and CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with web frameworks (such as Node.js, ASP.NET, React, Angular etc.)
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment practices
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI LLMs (such as OpenAI GPTs, Llama, Claude etc.), and VisionLanguage Models (VLMs)
• Ability to design and implement AI agents for autonomous AI agents for workflow automation using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen etc.
• Expertise in prompt design, prompt chaining, and context optimization for LLM-based applications

Bonus / Nice To Have

• Experience with AI assurance, model risk or ethical AI frameworks.
• IT audit or attestation experience, with ability to align AI solutions to compliance and risk frameworks.
• Contributions to open-source GenAI /Agentic AI projects or research papers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or AI/ML
• 2+ years (preferably 1-2 years in client facing advisory/consulting role)
