Job Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct verifications of client stated credentials for candidates or vendors.
• Perform on business-specific KPIs related to productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain trackers and master logs on a real time basis.
• Complete client engagement deliverables within timelines and predefined methodologies.
• Assimilate new knowledge regarding process changes.
• Monitor progress and keep supervisors informed of outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and structured interactions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within team settings.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Resilience under pressure with stringent deadlines and challenging client conditions.
• High integrity, strong values, principles, and work ethic.
