Your Profile
We are looking for candidates who have a BSc or MSc in Economics or Finance, are fluent in English, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with 3-5 years of professional experience in SSC/BIG4/outsourcing settings in areas such as accounting, audit, finance, controlling, consulting, or IT.
Desirable Skills
Advantageous skills include an interest in advising clients on SSC sourcing strategies, exploring diverse accounting topics (Hungarian accounting and/or IFRS), and familiarity with various accounting software and ERP systems.
Your Responsibilities
- Advise KPMG clients on global shared services and business process improvements.
- Lead finance and accounting process improvement projects and automation assessments (including AI and RPA).
- Participate in SSC/BSC strategic assessments and outsourcing lifecycle planning.
- Support engagement decision making with detailed financial analyses and documentation.
- Collaborate in client meetings, process reengineering, and gap analysis projects.
