DataBricks Consultant at KPMG Global Services

Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience (minimum 5 years) required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of consulting or client service delivery experience on Azure.
  • 2+ years of developing data ingestion, processing, and analytical pipelines using big data, SQL Server, and Azure Synapse.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Native services, including ADLS, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and more.
  • Experience in ETL, data ingestion, and using technologies such as Databricks, PySpark, and SparkSQL.
  • Strong background in RDBMS and big data file formats, compression, and live streaming technologies.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD deployments, and cloud migration tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Data Migration Service).
  • Experience with developer tools including Azure DevOps, Visual Studio Team Server, Git, and Jenkins.
