About the Tax Outsourcing & Compliance Department

Our Tax Outsourcing & Compliance department specializes in financial and accounting process outsourcing. We provide our clients with a range of services, including accounting, financial closings, and comprehensive payroll management for large Spanish and Portuguese companies. We are currently looking to integrate a Junior Payroll - Outsourcing & Compliance professional into our team.

Key Responsibilities of a Junior Payroll - Outsourcing & Compliance

  • Handle social security affiliation movements (registrations, cancellations, and data variations).
  • Manage employment contracts, including preparation, legalisation (contrat@), renewals, and contract variations.
  • Submit company certificates as required.
  • Process medical communications (temporary disability, work accidents).
  • Execute payroll calculations and processes.
  • Responsible for distributing payslips to employees.
  • Apply the appropriate collective agreements.
  • Prepare and submit tax models 111 and 190.
  • Process claims and requests with the Social Security Treasury (TGSS).
  • Complete final settlements.
  • Request Social Security Affiliation Numbers (NAF) for employees.
  • Reconcile social security contributions.
  • Coordinate communication regarding employee displacements.
  • Assist with or carry out all procedures related to labor inspections.

What You'll Bring to KPMG España

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law and/or Labor Relations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in A3Nom, A3Innuva, and Meta4 payroll software.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years in a similar role within a consultancy or personnel administration department.
  • Language: Advanced level of English.
