Junior Consultant - Global Payroll Coordination & Payroll Analytics

We are looking for professionals with an international vision and a passion for innovation to lead the transformation of global payroll and labor compliance processes in multinational companies. Join our team and be a protagonist of change, working with the latest technologies and collaborating with experts worldwide.

You will be part of our PMO office within the specialist team for international payroll and personnel administration, adding value in the coordination of services and processes that our clients require at a corporate level and for their foreign subsidiaries:

  • Global Impact: Coordinate and supervise international payroll projects in leading companies with an international presence, connecting teams and cultures through our collaborative platform, Digital Gateway.
  • Constant Innovation: Design creative and digital solutions, adapting global processes to the local needs of each client, accompanying clients in their digital transformation in the area of payroll and personnel administration.
  • Leadership and Development: As part of our PMO office, lead the implementation of strategic international payroll processes and guide multidisciplinary teams.
  • Professional Growth: Manage high-impact projects, collaborating with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team and learning from the best professionals in the sector. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with us.
  • Advanced Tools: Implement graphical dashboards and global reports, consolidating key information and facilitating strategic decision-making in the personnel administration area.

What You Need to Know:

  • Talent with international vision, leadership capacity, and a desire to learn.
  • Experience in payroll processes, labor compliance, and project management.
  • Education and/or experience in HR, Labor Relations, Business Administration + Labor Relations, or Business Administration + Master's in Labor Relations/HR.
  • Digital mindset and orientation towards innovation.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to multicultural environments.
  • Very high level of English (you will be communicating in English most of the day). Other languages (French, German, Portuguese…) will be valued.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, autonomy, and proactivity.
  • And, above all, enthusiasm, drive, and passion for making an impact with your work.
