What if you could help organizations rethink how they work by turning business challenges into the latest technology-enabled solutions? Joining the NewTech team as a Management Consultant means working with a wide range of clients to identify where automation, AI, and data can make a difference. From improving processes and supporting better decision-making to helping organizations adopt new ways of working, you will contribute to meaningful transformation projects from day one.

Your Role as a Management Consultant

As a Management Consultant in NewTech, you will work with clients to understand complex challenges and translate them into structured transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, technical specialists, and fellow consultants, gaining experience across both strategic advisory and hands-on solution delivery. For example, projects may include helping redesign internal processes using automation, supporting implementation of AI-supported decision tools, or facilitating workshops that help organizations adopt new digital capabilities.

In this role, you will work across a broad range of sectors, gaining exposure to diverse business models, challenges, and levels of digital maturity. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Identify complex business challenges and identify opportunities where technology can create measurable improvements
  • Map and redesign processes, and help prioritize use cases based on value, feasibility, and impact
  • Support the design and delivery of technology-enabled solutions together with technical specialists
  • Help clients adopt new solutions through workshops, training, and change activities
  • Contribute to building scalable capabilities such as governance, operating models, and Centres of Excellence

  • Describe a project where you solved a challenging problem using data, analytics, automation, or AI. What was the problem, how did you approach it, what did you implement, and what did you learn?
  • Imagine you need to explain the value of using AI‑enabled ways of working to a client who has never used AI before. How would you approach the conversation and help them understand how AI could support their daily work and decision‑making?
