What You Will Do
Lead client-facing end-to-end planning and implementation of UKG Pro WFM projects. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Leading cross functional teams, you are responsible for stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, deliverable creation, and project as well as financial management. You will develop project plans, track milestones, drive thought leadership, and contribute to internal and external resources, methodologies, and intellectual capital. You will also participate in business development by identifying opportunities and assisting with proposal responses.
What You Bring To The Role
- Minimum of 8 years in project management, ideally in professional services or consultancy.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or related field preferred.
- Experience in business transformation initiatives and deep WFM process knowledge.
- Prior experience managing a portfolio of activities with stakeholder engagement.
- UKG certification and authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship.
