Overview
At KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world. As a Senior Consultant - Business Continuity Management, you will execute project deliverables while working on business continuity planning assessments, developing plans, and facilitating table top exercises.
What You Will Do
- Conduct assessments of business continuity management, disaster recovery and crisis management plans.
- Design business continuity programs and roadmaps for implementation.
- Perform business impact assessments and support prioritization of practices.
- Monitor industry standards, develop risk and control matrices, and review procedures.
- Participate in IT internal audit engagements, delivering on various technology risk projects.
- Lead field engagement teams, coach and mentor junior staff members.
- Engage in business development and expand practice penetration in public and private sectors.
What You Bring To The Role
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree or equivalent experience.
- Relevant certifications such as ABCP, CBCP, CISA, or CRISC.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery planning and crisis management.
- Working knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 22317 or ISO 22361 and facilitating tabletop exercises.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.
- Adept in IT infrastructure components and risk assessment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with readiness to travel.
