At KPMG, you’ll join a diverse team of dedicated problem solvers turning insights into opportunities for clients and communities worldwide. The HR Automation & Analytics Centre of Expertise is transforming service delivery from a people-based model to a technology-based model.
The Role
As a HR Automation Manager on the HR Automation Delivery team, you will leverage automation technologies such as ServiceNow, RPA, AI, and Microsoft 365 to transform HR services. You will partner with stakeholders across HR and IT, balance customized technology requests with out-of-the-box solutions, and ensure timely delivery of automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support automation solutions in HR services.
- Lead projects involving ServiceNow upgrades, AI, and RPA integrations.
- Advise and consult with HR and IT teams on technology adoption.
- Analyze data to develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Oversee process documentation and train service managers on system enhancements.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in IT, Systems Management or HR preferred. Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and automation technologies including PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365. Technical skills in JavaScript, SQL, and process automation are assets. Supervisory or team lead experience is required along with excellent consultative and relationship building capabilities.
Location & Compensation
This position is open to candidates anywhere in Canada. The expected base salary ranges from $74,000 to $111,000 with eligibility for bonus awards, depending on skills, competencies, and unique qualifications.
