At KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse problem solvers dedicated to turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world. The HR Automation & Analytics Centre of Expertise is transforming HR service delivery through technology.
What You Will Do
As part of the HR Automation Delivery team, you will leverage automation technologies such as ServiceNow, RPA, AI, and Microsoft 365 to transform standardized, transactional, and operational HR services. You will work with various stakeholders to deliver automated solutions, balance customization with out-of-the-box approaches, and set clear expectations on project timelines.
- Lead automation design, implementation, and operational support projects.
- Act as an internal consultant and HR SME for automation technologies.
- Analyze data and develop reports, dashboards, and metrics.
- Oversee HR process documentation and support training initiatives.
What You Bring To The Role
You should have a bachelor’s degree in IT, Systems Management or HR, a minimum of 5 years HR experience, and supervisory/team lead experience. Proficiency with PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, AI, Microsoft 365, RPA, JavaScript, SQL, and process improvement is preferred. Strong consultative skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
