At KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities. The Client Administration function delivers timely, high quality services aimed at enhancing both staff and client experiences.
What You Will Do
Support the Audit practice Managing Partner, practice members, and People Leaders by:
- Providing administrative support and calendar management.
- Adhering to risk management and branding guidelines.
- Coordinating, preparing, editing and proofreading documents.
- Managing inbox, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Assisting in proposal process and expense report verification.
- Filling in for the Chief Operating Officer, Audit & Assurance’s Assistant during vacation.
What You Bring To The Role
The ideal candidate has:
- Advanced skills with MS Office and Adobe products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat).
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- Strong project management, judgment, and analytical skills.
- Minimum 5 years of administration experience with a relevant college diploma or equivalent.
