Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Platform Administrator to lead the governance, enablement, integration, and scaling of enterprise AI platforms across the organization. This role is centered on ChatGPT Enterprise while supporting a broader ecosystem including Claude, Replit, n8n, and other emerging technologies. Responsibilities include platform administration, service and workflow integrations, and the identification and scaling of high-value AI use cases.

What You Will Do

  • Administer and manage ChatGPT Enterprise workspaces, including users, roles, configuration, apps, and analytics.
  • Oversee additional AI platforms such as Claude, Replit, and n8n.
  • Manage platform access in partnership with identity teams, including SSO, SCIM lifecycle automation, security groups, and role-based access controls.
  • Maintain a controlled configuration baseline by documenting, tracking, and aligning workspace changes to approved operating standards.
  • Lead operational monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident support, including vendor escalation where required.
  • Produce operational reporting on usage, adoption, performance, and value realization to support continuous improvement.
  • Support AI governance partnering with Risk, Legal, and InfoSec to ensure responsible use within enterprise guardrails.
  • Design, implement, and support platform and service integrations using APIs and workflow automation tools such as n8n.
  • Identify and scale high-value AI use cases with internal stakeholders, moving from experimentation to repeatable, well-governed adoption.
  • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and provide practical recommendations on enablement readiness and operational supportability.

  • Experience administering enterprise AI and SaaS platforms, including user management, access controls, configuration, and governance.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms and tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Replit, and n8n.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, automation tools, and scripting to support integrations, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to monitor usage and performance metrics and produce operational reporting for adoption, value, and risk oversight.
  • Understanding of secure enterprise operations, including data handling, access controls, and audit and support readiness.
  • Industry certifications such as AI-102, AZ-104, AZ-500, and privacy or responsible AI credentials such as IAPP AIGP, CIPM, CIPT, or ISACA CDPSE are an asset.

This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders nationally in our English speaking provinces while at KPMG.

Pay Range Information

KPMG BC Region Pay Range: The expected base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $130,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range: The expected base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $130,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
