Role Overview
The Sales team is seeking a highly motivated Account Development Representative to expand our client footprint within our existing customer accounts across the EMEA region.
What You’ll Do
- Map key contacts and teams in existing customer accounts.
- Craft and execute creative communication campaigns.
- Generate and qualify outbound business opportunities using BANT.
- Understand client challenges and convert leads into opportunities.
- Collaborate weekly with Account Managers for strategy and updates.
- Engage with users via in-person and remote methods.
- Become an expert on client workflow and product suite usage in your accounts.
About You
- 1-3 years experience as an ADR/SDR, preferably in B2B SaaS/Tech in energy, commodities, shipping, or logistics.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency with the BANT methodology and account prospecting.
- Excellent communication via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Self-disciplined, motivated, and a strong team player with a commercial focus.
- Analytical mindset for understanding complex client requirements.
Work Arrangement & Location
This role offers a flexible remote/hybrid model, with a mandatory weekly visit to our Victoria office in London. Applicants must be based in London and have the right to live and work in the UK.
