Role Overview

The Sales team is seeking a highly motivated Account Development Representative to expand our client footprint within our existing customer accounts across the EMEA region.

What You’ll Do

  • Map key contacts and teams in existing customer accounts.
  • Craft and execute creative communication campaigns.
  • Generate and qualify outbound business opportunities using BANT.
  • Understand client challenges and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Collaborate weekly with Account Managers for strategy and updates.
  • Engage with users via in-person and remote methods.
  • Become an expert on client workflow and product suite usage in your accounts.

About You

  • 1-3 years experience as an ADR/SDR, preferably in B2B SaaS/Tech in energy, commodities, shipping, or logistics.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proficiency with the BANT methodology and account prospecting.
  • Excellent communication via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Self-disciplined, motivated, and a strong team player with a commercial focus.
  • Analytical mindset for understanding complex client requirements.

Work Arrangement & Location

This role offers a flexible remote/hybrid model, with a mandatory weekly visit to our Victoria office in London. Applicants must be based in London and have the right to live and work in the UK.
