Overview

The Payments General Manager at Koronet is responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy of Koronet Payments. Reporting to the VP Revenue, this role centers around improving product adoption, revenue metrics, and strategic development of Koronet’s current and future financial products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define vision, align with overall strategic objectives, and own pricing strategy.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and implement a zero-to-one market plan integrating sales and customer success.
  • Performance and Analytics: Set and track KPIs such as attach rate, penetration, and customer lifetime value using data-driven insights.
  • Customer Advocacy and Product Partnership: Serve as liaison between customers and product teams to drive innovation.

Qualifications

  • Prior leadership role in embedded B2B payments product sales.
  • Excellent communication of value propositions for embedded payments products.
  • Strong grasp of payments unit economics and negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling to U.S. SMEs and a 4-year college degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent English; Spanish and/or Dutch are a plus.
