Role Overview - Junior Business Operations Analyst

In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you will support critical sales processes, manage key information systems and generate insights through dashboards and reporting. Curiosity, agility, and initiative are essential to thrive in this environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, cleanse, and analyze business segment data.
  • Create and update interactive dashboards for KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost efficiency.
  • Support sales forecasting, pipeline management and territory analysis.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal processes.
  • Document processes and support best-practice guide creation.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or related analytical field.
  • Up to 2 years in business operations or analytics is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.
