Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager role is strategic and execution-oriented. In this role, you will lead discovery, development, and go-to-market strategy for innovative products in the HR and employer branding space, reinforcing Korn Ferry's leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Discovery: Manage end-to-end new product lifecycle from ideation to launch, conduct market research and competitive analysis, and translate priorities into viable opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and client success teams. Act as the voice of the customer and lead Agile product planning processes.
- Product Design & Development: Create prototypes, MVPs, and go-to-market pilots. Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics while balancing user needs and business objectives.
- Commercialization & Growth: Partner with marketing and sales to design pricing, positioning, and launch strategies. Drive post-launch optimization based on user feedback and data.
Key Competencies & Qualifications
Applicants should have 3-5 years of product management experience – with at least 3 years in new product development, a proven track record with B2B digital products, and familiarity with HRTech, SaaS, or certification platforms. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, stakeholder management, and Agile experience (with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro) are essential.
