Job Description

The Senior Client Director role within Sales & Service is focused on driving the adoption, renewal, and expansion of Korn Ferry Sell, a market leading CRM-embedded application. The role involves leading end-to-end new business sales pursuits with enterprise prospects and clients by working directly with the office of the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Sales Officer (CSO). The candidate will blend consultative sales, contract negotiation, and solution tailoring to best meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a strategic selling approach to penetrate and convert enterprise prospects.
  • Partner with the sales team in client demos, technical discussions and integration planning.
  • Maintain detailed sales data using Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to create comprehensive solutions beyond KF Digital’s portfolio.
  • Engage with external partners and develop strong, sustainable client relationships.
  • Research prospect organizations and deliver compelling presentations.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

Over 10 years in sales within complex business environments, with experience selling SaaS solutions integrated with CRM platforms. Miller Heiman experience is strongly preferred. Must have strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills along with a capacity to work independently under pressure.

Education

Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00, with competitive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase, vacation, sick leave, and more.
