Job Overview

The Project Coordinator at Korn Ferry plays a critical role in supporting executive search engagements. Reporting to executive consultants, the role involves comprehensive administrative responsibilities including preparation of written materials, database management, scheduling, travel coordination, accounting tasks, and team support activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals, position specifications, reports and presentations.
  • Manage confidential communications with clients and candidates.
  • Operate proprietary systems including Salesforce, Searcher Express, and PSA.
  • Coordinate scheduling, video conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle accounting processes, expense reports, and invoicing.
  • Participate in team calls and manage administrative tasks.

Leadership & Desired Candidate Characteristics

The ideal candidate exhibits strong customer service orientation, exceptional organizational skills, high professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Professional Experience & Education

  • 5-10 years of administrative or project management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce and Concur are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually. Korn Ferry offers competitive benefits including health, 401(k), employee stock purchase, vacation, holidays, and sick time accrual.
