As a Sous-Chef, your tasks will include:

- Instructing cooks on proper preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
- Preparing and cooking complete meals and specialty foods, particularly for events such as banquets.
- Overseeing and guiding the performance of cooks and other kitchen staff.
- Managing the requisition of food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory.
- Planning menus and rigorously ensuring that all food consistently meets established quality standards.
Supervision
This role involves direct supervision of 1 to 2 kitchen personnel, requiring strong leadership and mentorship skills.
