Responsibilities

  • Articulate Kore.ai's unique value proposition and technology differentiation.
  • Demonstrate the Kore.ai Platform features and solution products.
  • Whiteboard solutions and discuss architecture, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with technical architects, data scientists, and NLU analysts.
  • Facilitate use case workshops and analyze conversational UX feasibility.
  • Provide input on product roadmap and transition activities from sales to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain customer technical relationships as a solutions consultant.

Experience & Skills Required

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in a client-facing pre-sales/solution architect role, strong technical acumen, and practical experience in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and Linux shell scripting. Experience in contact center technologies, RPA/process automation, or generative AI/ML technologies is highly valued.

Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is required.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of $150,000 - $160,000 with additional wage/bonus/commission and benefits. The role is remote, based in the US.
