We are looking for a Junior Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team based in Irving, Texas. In this role, you will partner with leaders, HRBPs, and employees across our North American business units to deliver people-focused HR solutions that strengthen culture, engagement, and operational effectiveness.
Your Role in Our Team
- You will support performance management processes including goal setting, coaching documentation, feedback cycles, and evaluations
- You will ensure job descriptions align with our job structure and compliance standards while coordinating job approvals and hiring steps
- You will assist with onboarding, orientation, and early-tenure engagement to set new hires up for success
- You will prepare and analyze HR data and reports that drive business decisions and continuous improvement
- You will contribute to HR projects focused on employee engagement, culture initiatives, change management, and employer branding
- You will develop and coordinate the internship program including recruiting, onboarding, and program management
- You will champion innovative HR solutions and continuous process improvement across HR functions
Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- You have a minimum 3 years of experience in HR or a related area
- You have a solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- You have strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences
- You have high comfort level in a fast-paced, creative work environment
- Client service/relationship skills with the capability to build and maintain effective relationships across the team and employees
- You can maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- You have ability to travel domestically, including overnight, up to 10-15%
Preferred Qualifications
- You have experience supporting HR processes or working within an HR operations function such as talent acquisition, learning and development, or organizational development
- You have basic knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws including OFCCP, EEOC, Unemployment Insurance, and COBRA
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or engineering industries
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or AI-based productivity tools
