Your Role in Our Team
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be a key partner to leaders, HRBPs, and employees across our North American business units. You will deliver people-focused HR solutions that enhance culture, engagement, and operational effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching documentation, feedback cycles, and evaluations.
- Ensure job descriptions align with our job structure and compliance standards, coordinating job approvals and hiring steps.
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and early-tenure engagement to ensure new hires succeed.
- Prepare and analyze HR data and reports to drive business decisions and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to HR projects focused on employee engagement, culture initiatives, change management, and employer branding.
- Develop and coordinate the internship program, encompassing recruiting, onboarding, and program management.
- Champion innovative HR solutions and continuous process improvement across HR functions.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate who brings a strong foundation in HR principles and practices, coupled with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Ideal candidates will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or a related area.
- A solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Client service/relationship skills to build and maintain effective relationships across teams and employees.
- High comfort level in a fast-paced, creative work environment.
- The ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to travel domestically, including overnight, up to 10-15%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting HR processes or working within an HR operations function (e.g., talent acquisition, learning and development, organizational development).
- Basic knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (including OFCCP, EEOC, Unemployment Insurance, and COBRA).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or engineering industries.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or AI-based productivity tools.
